My interdisciplinary research applies quantitative and mixed-methods approaches to investigate the complexity of teaching and learning to teach for equity, social justice, and/or diversity. Grounded in an equity lens, my scholarship examines what it means and takes to center equity and foreground culture in teaching, assessment/measurement, and evaluation practices.
